What does the intake process look like?

The intake process is as follows:

  1. Use the "contact us" form to contact us directly to schedule a free consultation. This can be on google meets, zoom or via phone call.

  2. During our consultation we will discuss your child's strengths, areas they need support and deem if  services are a good fit.

  3. Once it is agreed upon I can be of assistance, a speech-language evaluation will be administered in your home. This usually includes indirect information, such as a case history and direct information, such as providing direct assessments and playing/getting to know your child. Evaluations can last 1-3 hours or data may be collected over several days, depending on what areas of speech and language need to be assessed.

  4. We will go over the results/findings of the speech evaluation, and, should therapy be recommended, we will discuss how to move forward with therapy and what that looks like.

Do you take insurance?

As of this time, we do not take insurance and services are private pay only. We do accept ESA and HSA in the state of Arizona. If you wish for services to be covered by your insurance, a superbill can be made on your behalf for you to submit to your insurance company for reimbursement.

Do you offer teletherapy?

Yes! It is available for New York, Arizona, Ohio and Texas residents. The modality used is a HIPAA-compliant/secured version of Google Meet.s
